Biography

Debbie manages a team of 30 sustainability and social value experts and is passionate about delivering net zero carbon buildings in operation.

Debbie is a chartered engineer (MCIBSE) with 32 years’ experience in sustainability and carbon management, as a consultant, client, contractor and energy manager. This has allowed her to develop unique insights into the challenges of all parties across a building’s life cycle. With a number of Passive House and ‘net zero carbon’ projects underway, she enjoys the challenge of adopting circular economy principles and ensuring that all value to society is captured.

She is a member of the British Council of Offices ESG committee and CIBSE’s Energy Performance and HVAC innovation group.
