Biography

Emyr leads the Welsh Government’s Education Division with responsibility for education infrastructure, which includes education capital investment and the Sustainable Communities for Learning programme, education sector funding and finance, as well as education operations such as business planning, governance and business continuity.

Prior to joining the Welsh Government, Emyr was an Associate Director for Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare at KPMG, where he advised government departments and public sector organisations on developing and implementing policy and leading large-scale change programmes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
