Biography

Natalie is a senior manager in the £2.3bn Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme, and she is responsible for delivery of the Programme in the north and mid Wales regions.

Prior to joining Welsh Government in 2009, Natalie was a consultant geologist for 19 years.  Not only utilising her extensive technical experience but also gaining experience in project management and stakeholder engagement with audiences around the world.

She also leads on the development of Welsh Government’s vision for Community Focused Schools, and strongly believes that educational settings can not only support our learners but the community around them.

Natalie believes that the flexible use of schools and college settings can act as a hub of services, not just for education, that can be made easily accessible for all members of the community.
