Sam manages the influence, advocacy and thought leadership work for RICS in Wales – the largest professional body of its kind in the built environment. He’s responsible for helping shape decarbonisation strategies with public sector bodies, and developing the resource to deliver energy-efficient, low-carbon buildings.
