Biography

Victoria Lambe is in her sixth year of Headship at Bassaleg School; a large mixed comprehensive approaching 2000 students in Newport. As an English and History graduate starting her teaching career in Herefordshire but moving back to Wales in 2003, Victoria has fulfilled her ambition to develop innovative pedagogies in her leadership roles and now as Headteacher, places ‘believing and belonging’ at the heart of all strategic priorities; to support and challenge all members of the school community in which she leads to aspire to be ‘the best version of themselves.’
